Terms of use

What you are buying, who sells it to you, and what happens if a listing breaks the rules.

What the service is

bidbig.lol sells a digital card on a public board. You choose the amount you pay, and that amount sets how large the card is and where it sits. The card carries your name, logo, description, a link to your site, and a public count of the visits that link has sent.

The card is not removed when somebody else pays more, and it carries no expiry date. It stays on the board for as long as the board is running. We do not undertake to run the board for any particular length of time, and if it is ever closed down we will say so publicly in advance.

What is sold is the card and its position. No level of traffic, custom or revenue is promised or implied.

Who sells it

Payments are handled by an external payment provider. Card details are entered on their systems and never reach this site. The provider is named on the checkout page and on your receipt, and any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown there before you pay.

Your listing

You confirm that what you submit is yours or that you have permission to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You remain responsible for whatever the link leads to.

Listings that break the Rules may be removed at any time without a refund. That includes content that is illegal, deceptive, adult, or impersonating another brand.

What you promise us

By submitting an address you confirm that you own it or are authorised to represent it, that the site or profile it leads to is lawful, and that you are not presenting yourself as a brand you do not belong to.

The destination must not be malware, a phishing page, or a site whose purpose is to mislead the people who arrive there. You are responsible for keeping what you submit accurate.

Logos and names on the board

To draw a card we fetch what the listed site already publishes about itself: its name, its description, and the icon it serves to browsers. That material is shown for one purpose, which is to identify where the card leads.

Showing a name or a logo this way does not mean the owner is connected to this site, sponsors it, or approves of it. Whoever buys a card grants permission to store and display that material for as long as the card is on the board.

The board is not a recommendation

A card appearing here is not an opinion about the product behind it. Nothing on the board is checked, tested, or verified. Claims made by a listed site are that site's own.

Click counts record what the system measured. They describe what happened for one card and promise nothing about what will happen for another.

Reporting a card

If a card infringes your rights or points somewhere unlawful, write to talrose187@gmail.com with the card, the address it leads to, what the problem is, and how to reach you. A card may be hidden while a report is being looked at.

Disputed payments

Reversing a completed payment through your bank or card issuer, rather than raising the matter with us, is a breach of these terms. The card may be removed and further purchases refused.

Refunds

The card is created automatically the moment payment clears, so a live card is not refundable. Duplicate charges, and payments where the card failed to appear, are refunded in full.

Availability

The board is offered as it is. It may be slow, interrupted, or taken offline. No uptime is guaranteed, and nothing here guarantees any commercial result.

Changes

These terms and the board rules can change. Changes apply from the day they are published, and never reduce the size or position of a card that has already been paid for.
